How did you create that grid? Is it some sort of table plugin? On the left side bar you are using the Flexi Pages Widget to display top level categories. You access the sub levels by clicking on the part level. On the right side bar, you are showing the full hierarchy. How are you able to show the parented hierarchy on the right side bar? If your using wp-cache. Turn it off while your editing pages. I spent about 10 minutes trying to figure out why my pages didn't look right considering I had just changed them.
